Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Scope

This policy explains how Trincer Holdings, LLC, doing business as FlypSense ("FlypSense," "we," or "us"), handles information when you use flypsense.com, app.flypsense.com, and FlypSense reviewer environments.

Information we collect

  • Account information, authentication identifiers, and subscription or entitlement status.
  • Photos you upload, OCR text, item-identification details, condition observations, scan history, seller-entered costs, and listing inputs.
  • Technical, security, diagnostic, rate-limit, and audit information needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Messages and support requests you send to us.

eBay seller-account information

If you choose to connect an eBay seller account, FlypSense uses eBay's official authorization flow and APIs. We do not ask for or store your eBay password.

Depending on the feature you use and the access eBay grants, we may process:

  • OAuth access and refresh credentials, connection status, and the minimum opaque account correlation needed to maintain or delete the connection.
  • Seller-owned business policies, inventory-location information, listing drafts, inventory items, unpublished offers, validation results, warnings, and available fee information.
  • Item category, catalog, condition, and item-specific metadata returned by official eBay APIs.
  • Security and audit records for authorization, revocation, disconnect, deletion, rate limiting, and duplicate-request protection.

OAuth refresh credentials are kept server-side and protected at rest. They are not returned to the browser or placed in listing content.

How we use eBay information

  • To connect the seller account you select and retrieve seller-owned setup information.
  • To validate and prepare seller-reviewed listing candidates, inventory items, and unpublished offers.
  • To display truthful validation errors, warnings, policy requirements, and workflow status.
  • To disconnect accounts, revoke supported authorization, respond to verified marketplace account-deletion notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain security evidence.

FlypSense does not automatically publish eBay listings. Publication requires a separate, explicit seller action and is disabled in the current reviewer environment.

Marketplace research and restricted data

eBay marketplace-wide sold research is not authorized for the current reviewer environment. FlypSense does not treat unavailable access as zero sales and does not generate an eBay sold-value estimate when that access is unavailable or unauthorized.

FlypSense does not scrape logged-in eBay pages, collect eBay browser cookies, automate Seller Hub Product Research, or present active listing prices as sold transactions.

Unless eBay provides the required written authorization, FlypSense does not use restricted eBay data to train or fine-tune models, send it to external AI providers, or combine it with other marketplace data for cross-market presentation.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, security, diagnostics, image and text analysis, support, and approved marketplace operations. These providers process information for FlypSense under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or seller scan data to advertisers.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, protect the platform, meet legal or contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention varies by data type and environment.

eBay connection credentials and related seller data are retained only while needed for the connected feature or a required security, deletion, or compliance process. When a supported disconnect or deletion process completes, FlypSense removes or de-identifies retained eBay-related data from active systems, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention, security-audit, and backup obligations.

Verified eBay marketplace account-deletion notifications are handled through a bounded, idempotent deletion process in environments where the eBay integration is enabled. FlypSense does not rely on an eBay username or password to process deletion.

Your choices and rights

  • You can choose whether to connect eBay and can use supported disconnect controls when available.
  • You can review and edit listing information before any supported marketplace action.
  • You may request access to or deletion of your FlypSense account, scans, and retained eBay-related data by contacting us.
  • You may revoke FlypSense access from your eBay account settings. Revocation may require signing in again before eBay features can be used.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

Security

FlypSense uses access controls, server-side authorization, scoped reviewer permissions, encryption for sensitive credentials, request limits, audit records, and disabled-by-default publication and restricted-data gates. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

FlypSense is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy at this stable URL and update the date above.
